Screenwriter Ruth Fowler (Rules of the Game, BBC1 2021) makes her directorial debut in Fairies Baseball (short documentary, 15 mins) a lovingly captured portrait of the importance of art, and particularly ballet, in everyday life.Told through the stories of four very different women who came to dance later in life, the film will be screening on Sunday August 29th 2021 at 7:30pm as part of DWF:LA24 at The TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood (formerly Grauman’s).
